Q: What Are Camp Timings?
 

Answer:

• 9am: morning session/full day begins
   

• 12pm: morning session ends (half day*)
   

• 12pm - 1pm: lunch for full day
   

• 1pm: afternoon session begins (half day*)
   

• 4pm: end of day
   

Half day sessions: 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm

Q: Do You Offer a Sibling Discount?
 

Answer:

• We offer a 25% sibling discount on our holiday camps*
  *This is refunded after payment is completed
   

• We offer a 10% sibling discount on our monthly subscription fees for weekly classes

Q: What Should I Bring to Camp?
 

Answer:

• Snacks - & packed lunch (if staying all day)
   

• Refillable water bottle (no fizzy drinks)
   

• Suitable clothing & footwear for indoors & outdoors (trainers preferred)
   

Summer Camps – sun cream to top-up (parents to apply before arrival) & sun hat/cap

Winter Camps – rain coat (although these camps are mainly indoors)

Q: Do I Have to Make Monthly Payments for After School Clubs and Holiday Camps payments?

Answer:

• No. After School Clubs and Holiday Camps are one-off payments using our class booking links.
   

• Monthly payments are for our weekly sessions which take place throughout the calendar year.

Q: How Does The Monthly Subscription Work?
 

Answer:

• £27.50 is collected on or around the 1st of each month.
   

• If you join mid-month you will incur a covering payment for the remainder of that month.
  
  For example, if you join on 15th September you would pay 50% of the monthly fee for September which would then be added to your usual October monthly payment.

Q: Is the monthly subscription just for the school term ahead?
 

Answer:

• Your booking is NOT limited to just the current term.
   

• The dates listed on the booking system are sessions for the current term and are for your reference only – our sessions are ongoing throughout the year.

Q: Is There A Joining Fee?
 

Answer:

• All new monthly members have to pay a £16.95 joining fee. This gives access to our booking system and a Sport Active Camps T-Shirt.

Q: Can I Cancel My Subscription?
 

Answer:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time with written confirmation.
   

• There will be a 28 day cancellation period from the date of the received cancellation request and your direct debit will be amended to cover any sessions within this period.
